Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan sustained a finger injury while filming “Hain Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hain” in Rishikesh. Taking to his Instagram stories, he shared a picture of his injured pinky finger submerged in ice, questioning his followers about the healing timeline. Details regarding the injury’s cause were not disclosed.

Dhawan and co-star Pooja Hegde began shooting for the Ramesh Taurani-produced film in Rishikesh on March 22nd. Their collaborative Instagram post showcased glimpses of their time there, including a Ganga aarti ceremony, planting activities, and Dhawan addressing the crew. The caption expressed their blessings and enthusiasm for the project’s commencement.

“Hain Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hain” is rumored to be a 90s rom-com inspired drama. The film boasts a star-studded cast, including Mrunal Thakur, Kubbra Sait, Maniesh Paul, Rohit Saraf, Rajeev Khandelwal, Nitish Nirmal, and Sreeleela. Dhawan began filming for the movie in July of the previous year.

Prior to the Rishikesh schedule, Dhawan shared a lighthearted video on his Instagram stories, capturing Pooja Hegde’s frantic search for her phone during a flight. He playfully teased her, which Hegde later acknowledged with good humor, attributing her forgiveness to him finding her phone.

On the professional front, Varun Dhawan is set to appear alongside Janhvi Kapoor in “Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari,” while Pooja Hegde will be seen in “Retro.”
